java fern alternative

anything like java fern but cheaper? it looks so nice, but it's really expensive.

Hmmm, are you sure it is java fern? Java fern is an inexpensive plant that is easy to grow.

yeah i was looking on aquabid they are like 24 dollars plus 8 shipping for a 3x4 inch piece.

It may have been a rare sub-species, but not true java fern.

Are you sure it's expensive? If you watch Petco's sales events, they often have buy 2 get the 3rd free on plants. Loose java fern is $2.99 so it comes out to $6 for 3 plants.

Also it comes in ready to plant containers under the name tropical fern.

I'd find another source to get your plants from.

Ebay is good. Just make sure to check the seller's reviews.
http://freshwateraquariumplants.com/index.html seems good. I saw another user, baylee(numbernumbernumber), and she got some plants from there and was pleased.
http://www.aquariumplants.com/ seems good as well. Cheap prices.

aquarium plants is expensive just like them all, aquabid is the only cheap place. they want 30 dollars shipping ap does... i cant figure out if you can order them with equipment but i dont think you can
