4 months should be fine for selling them.

Not always. I have a 4 month old spawn that's only 1 inch long.

well yeah im sure youll have to wait on some, but they should be big enough to sell by 4 months old. just depends on their diet, lighting, etc.

Higher temps...90% daily water changes....more feedings should get the fry to grow.

wow 90 percent water changes. wont that take away all the cycling that its gonna take me a month to do?

There is no point in cycling a fry tank. Fry excrete a hormone that stunts their siblings and the only way to remove it is by large daily water changes....which will help the spawn grows faster.
