Should I?

So my husband and I have been talking and we want a bigger tank. I have 2 5 gallons for my Bettas but we have a small tank with cichilds in it. I found a 55 gallon with metal stand, heater, filters, hoods, driftwood, decorations and some other things for 100 on Craigslist. Is that a good deal? I dont know! Lol.

That is an EXCELLENT deal!!!

It will seem HUGE at first, but you will get used to it. I have a 50 gal. & a 75 gal. (in addition to all my other smaller tanks) and they are just part of the decor now. :)

Well we decided against the 55 gallon, we did however get a 30 gallon long with hood, stand, heaters, filter, pumps, a million decorations, plants, chemicals, gravel, filter carts, and fish for 70.00! :D

Thanks! I am super excited to get it up and running. We have it on the stand in the living room right now just not filled up, nursing school has been kicking my butt! LOL. As for fish I am not sure. Def not salt water, we were thinking just some tropicals. We saw a Black Ghost Knife at Petsmart the other day and fell in love! They are so awesome! Maybe some Gouramis. They also had Leaf fish?? They were really cool. I was joking with hubby and said I was going to divide it in 5 sections for 5 more Betta boys! ;) I will def post pics!!
