Red face Really aggressing bettas?

Does anyone else have an extremely aggressive betta? My betta, Rex, flares at everything in his tank. Flowers, plants, filters, gravel, it doesn't matter. If it's there, he's going to attack it. He just charged his filter and hit the glass. Is this normal? Lol. My fish is crazy.

Cup, my VT. i almost fear adding him to a divided tank without super extra precautions. :/ he flares at EVERYTHING, and gets super aggressive when he spies another male. he loves the ladies, though. ;3

Thats part of the reason why I love my boys so much they are all so calm yeah they flare at each other if I put them by each other or even my finger sometimes but they just flare and make mean fish faces they don't freak out.

I don't know why this says "aggressing." Lol, it should say "aggressive." But yeah, my fish isn't very calm. I've noticed he doesn't like my male friends at all.

Domino, as he comes out his shell so to speak is getting VERY agressive. He doesn't even waste time flaring. Whenever I'm doing anything in his tank he comes over and gives me Betta kisses...with his teeth.

Then he gives me these odd, mischevious looks.

Mine has definitely bit me before lol. I usually put my finger right above the water to show him when he has food he doesn't see, and he jumps out of the water and bites my finger!
