Uneven Ghost Shrimp?

I bought 2 ghost shrimp around the beginning of December. They were both the same size when I got them. Now one is about twice the size of the other. I've never seen them fight and they seem to get about the same amount of food. Are they different genders or do I have one giant mutant shrimp? Neither is bothering any of the tank mates and they both look happy, so it's not a big issue, I'm just a bit curious.

The larger one could be female, the smaller male.
The larger could be older than the smaller.
Could just be genetics.

It is important to note that there are many different shrimp species that are called Ghost Shrimp. They are usually held and sold in the same tanks and don't really have distinguishing characteristics.
