Unhappy FINROT Maracyn Question

Cleo has been in Qt. for almost a week, I was treating his fin rot with fungus clear (package said it got rid of tailrot, popeye, and a bunch of other stuff), as well as aquarium salt and stress coat.
The tear in his caudal fin has almost completely healed, and the white fuzz on his body is now gone. (yay!)however I have noticed that the tips of his fins are looking much darker red and his left pectoral fin (the one that had the white bumps) is now 1/3 gone! It looks shredded…Obviously the fungus clear did not work for that, his pectoral fin has jut gotten worse!… I have been doing a 100% water change daily, his QT is a one gallon, unfiltered tank that stays at 80degrees. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. What should I do now? I really don’t want this to get worse. Should I try Maracyn? Or wait? And what is the diffrence in these products?

i don't treat fin rot with meds. just aquarium salt, IAL, and extra clean water. it helped heal my brother's delta of it(now.... if he'd stop biting we could tell if he's actually a delta or not! lol). it's always worked for me to help get rid of fin rot, and help prevent fin rot. i hope Cleo's gets better soon! :O

Thank you, I guess I am just over worried because I have been using the aquarium salt and doing 100% water changes daily for a week now only to see his pectoral fin start to disappear and those bumps still on his fins. it's so upsetting! :(
