Ick and fins falling off?

Is it possible that ick can make a bettas fins fall off? At this point i'm so confused, I don't know if my fish has ick or finrot.
He has little white bumps on his pectoral fins, and after a week an a half of aquarium salt, warm water, bettafix.( I even tried a few days of fungus clear )
His pectoral fin is now slooowly getting smaller and smaller. I am starting to wonder if the bumps on his pectoral fin are actually ICK instead of finrot? am I treating for the wrong thing? He has had these bumps on his pectoral fin for 2 weeks now, the bumps haven't moved anywhere else, they're just on his pectoral fins.

(that photo was took on the 12th, his pectoral is now almost 1/2 gone!)

I would treat for ick on the chance that it is ick.

That is what I'm planning on doing I guess. I will most likely go to petco sometime tomorrow and see what they have.
Do you know of any good ick medications?

"Treatment: Ick is a parasite. Because ick is contagious, it is preferable to treat the whole tank when one fish is found to have it. Ick is temperature sensitive: Leave your fishhin the community tank and raise temperature to 85 F and add one drop of Aquarisol per gal every day until cured. If you always add aquarium salt to your betta’s water (1 teaspoon of aquarium salt per 2 1/2 Gal of water) and one drop of Aquarisol per gal, your betta will never get ick. It is very contagious, but bettas will fully recover if treated promptly. Frozen live food may carry ick."

I hope this helps!

My very first betta had Ick really bad. It did make his fins fall off.

Right now I have a HM plakat with fin rot. I too have been using salt and the bettafix and to me it seems to make things worse. Right now I am using junglefungus clear in clean water. The bettafix is making me mad so I am going to take a brake of that and see if jungle helps.

Good luck on your fish too!
