Question HM Struggle

My white HM, since I have got him, seems to always be breathing heavy. He eats, spends most of his day puffed up in a flare then takes long brakes in a plant of the bottom of the tank, breathing heavy. I see nothing on him and his fins are fine. Checked my water and that all looks good. The other fish in that tank are also fine.

Now I have ready that HM's have a hard time as is cause of heavy fins. He does have quite a load on him and when he stops they will pull him down. There is no current on his side of the tank. Is this common and something I need not worry about? If so then yay! Feedback from other HM owners would be nice!

Here is a link of a fish that is gilling just like my HM: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GS2AL...&feature=feedu

That doesn't look normal. It looks like a dog who's panting. I think there might be something wrong with him, but I don't know what.

I think the same thing, but I don't know what. He was not like that in his cup when I got him. It was as soon as I put him in the tank, and most do that cause of stress in a new area, but I have had him for close to two weeks now and he still does it.
