Hey, think about it this way. Even if you only have, say a one gallon tank/bowl, and a heater, that's still WAY better than what he might get otherwise. You can always upgrade in the future!

Yeah I have a 2.5 gal. tank but I don't have a heater which I definatly need with the weather we are having. bloo He is a HMPK male.I just don't have alot of time I kind of have room and I have alot of stuff .

I say get him! I'm sorry, but he is stunning, and your right, he is healthy. :) I don't want him to have an itty bitty bowl either. You could give him a proper home. I say, save him. He needs a good, caring home. :D Go back and get him as soon as you can, please? :)

Do you have a lamp that maybe gets hot enough to keep the tank warm? I dunno Im sure there are ways around it. Beautiful blue color....
