Quik question on weird heater!

Why is Romad's heater heating the water wacky.
It alway's leaves a cold spot right in the corner, the corner that is closest to the wall.

It's my outside wall so is the cold entering through there and chilling that corner?
But it's not supposed to be like that..right?

I guess it could be. I'm new to this but if there's no water cycling around the tank or anything I guess it can leave a cold spot since the heat is coming from the heater maybe it can't reach all the way over there?

Yeah in my tanks with no filters, there are sometimes cold spots where the heat doesn't circulate to. My fish don't seem to mind, and I suppose they can just move nearer to the heater if they get too cold.
