lol well im not entirely sure now, what disease would it be to cause tiny little white specks on fish? i was thinking ick but after reading some threads on the description of ick its making me confused the only one who has the little specks is Tempest, i have been treating the entire sorority tank since saturday and so far there doesnt seem to be any dramatic changes but its day six so not entirely expecting too much right now. Im sorry about the quality and the sad state of her fins which is why shes in her own heated tank, but still treating the main tank as well until the middle of next week.
so any ideas?

Ich looks like salt was sprinkled on your fish. Tiny white flecks SOUNDS like ich to me. It's really hard to tell from the picture though. Sorry. :(

yeah im sorry about that i have no particular love for cellphone cameras.

I thought so, you can kind of see little white spots on the fins.

ok. I had removed her from the 10gal and placed her into the 2.5gal heated tank, i actually had to use the heater for the 5gal so i hope it doesnt heat it up too much. I am still treating the 10gal until thursday as suggested earlier, i just didnt want her to continue getting torn fins by the others.

I hope she gets better soon! Higher temperatures, darkness, aquarium salt 1-2 tsp/gal (not for longer than 10 days), and lots of water changes will do her well.
