Is this fin rot?

I am not sure about the coloring on his fins, I think it is fin rot. Here are some before and after shots. The first photos are from January 13, 2011 a day or two after I got him at my lfs. The second photos were taken today, February 1, 2011. I would love to hear your opinions :)

Second Pics:

Also, Bellino has developed a bit of dark coloring on the end of tail. Is this just more marbling?

Here is a pic of Bellino:

To me and my computer is really old and pic are hard for me to see...but the fin edges look more like normal pigmentation and not rot....has the behavior changed any? regardless....maintaining quality water with regular water changes is the key to maintaining/preventing fin problems and general health and well being....among other things.....

His behavior hasn't changed. He blows bubblenests, he eats normally, and swims normally. I haven't done anything to treat it, so I can just keep my eye on it. He is in a ten gallon that is almost done cycling, is about 30% every other day enough water changes? I use prime btw
