Can't believe he was in Petco; DTPK

I got him yesterday as a present to myself for making a 17 hour bus ride with two fish. Just stopped in a petco with my friend to look around for plants or shrimp for her tank-- saw him and fell in love.

Congrats! I'm glad the kids made it ok on the bus... good job!
Last time I went to petco they had a few dragon DTHMPK too, glad one of them found a good home with you!

How beautiful! I love how he just has the sheen and isn't fully blue :)) Although I have a feeling his body will turn completely blue, but the fins might stay the same. I have yet to find a fish that has that alternating color on the fins thing going on. Lucky!

I know right? He's really gorgeous. I sort of hope he keeps the yellowy color in his fins-- but even if he doesn't that's a great shade of blue he's turning out to be.

Not yet! Naming is a weak point for me-- I'll need to try to look up something fitting for him. lol
