For the fin rot the best that you CAN do is Aquarium Salt. That will make the fins heal the fastest.
Also with sororities, bettas have to go through the pecking order which is the decision of who is the weakest and strongest in the pack.

If they are young my guess for the clear fins is just that they are changing color.
