You know I really think these stores need some feedback on these horrid conditions. Maybe even snap a few pictures. Email or snail mail - or even a phone call. My husband had a bad experience in a chain restaurant not long ago, and I really couldn't let it go without calling the chain's main phone number out of state. They sent me notification in the mail that my complaint had been corrected. We should be able to do the same, esp. with a large chain like Petsmart. Thoughts????
