To label or not to label?

I'm shipping out some bettas to another memeber...do you guys think I should label my boxes as LIVE FISH? All I have on the box is HOLD FOR PICK UP. Should I also label it FRAGILE or THIS END UP?

Definitely label it, although many people don't and their fish arrive fine, it is probably a good idea to do it, just to be sure.

depending on the people who handle the package even though it is labeled like that they might still treat it like dirt some people dont care whats in the package or in what condition it arrives in as long as they get paid

True, very true. But I'll be packing them fairly well to be able to handle it. I'll make a video of the packing.

If this helps at all....I talked to another member of IBC at a show that refuses to ship live any of his fish at all after seeing how some postal workers in the NY area treat boxes labeled as holding live fish.
He works receiving live fish daily.

I've had a couple of shipments from NY that were labeled live fish...no problems...maybe it's his specific PO?
