Seachem's Prime is really good & potent, one drop per half gallon. Lot's of people here swear by it including myself.

Get Prime. I don't think Stress-Coat attacks heavy metals, ammonia or nitrate, which is always a plus. Also, Prime is more economical. On the plus side for Stress-Coat though, I like to have it on hand for sick fish because conditioners that remove heavy metals, like Prime, will render copper-based meds inffective.

I recommend ChloramX Ultimate over Prime, not that there is anything wrong with Prime, Ultimate is just better and less expensive.

I just got some Prime, and haven't used it yet. Just about everyone on here uses it and recommends it, so it's pretty good...

I use Prime. Like kelly I also keep stress coat on hand for certain times. I've found it really useful when treating fins after breeding as well as when medicating.

I've read about Ultimate and it does look really good but I can not get it locally so Prime is the more economical option for me.
