To Those Whom Breed And/Or Show Your Betta:

I am wanting to know if anyone has purchased any stock from Atison. He has some very nice looking stock on his website.

Part of my reasoning in asking this question is because I have seen a few posts about purchasing stock through bidding on Aquabid and it seems to me that the prices are about the same as purchasing from Atison. If I am mistaken please correct me. Why would a purchase through Aquabid result in receiving better stock as opposed to going directly to one of the top Betta Experts on the planet? For those of you living in The United States and have purchased stock overseas....Give me feedback about your experience with Aquabid and receiving your stock. I am seriously thinking about purchasing from outside of The United States. Thank You For Any/All Responses.

Thank You Drama Queen. This is for informational purpose about my question, only: When I maintained extremely large tanks the tanks contained high maintenance, large high energy fish and I found out the hard way about how a glass heater can be shattered by fish. Those days are over now. Betta...A much easier fish to maintain and so much more fun at this point in my life and the style, thereof. I am very serious about purchasing quality stock from a reputable vendor.

Well on aquabid one can look at the seller history and judge for one self if the seller is a good one to buy from. Look for things like is he sending a different betta instead of the one that was bid on or his buyer are complaining about not recieving a shipment. I haven't purchase from Atison before so good luck.

Atinson is a great breeder. I think most people just feel more comfortable buying off aquabid because feed back can be checked and left.. it leaves sellers a little more accountable. Plus one breeder may not have exactly what you are looking for.

IMHO- AQ is the way to go cause you'll have access to seller, breeder and fish info but make sure you only use PayPal.
