I have seen those somewhere before but I cant remember what they are. Their like copepods but a little different. I will research and maybe I can tell you what they are.

I googled freshwater flea shrimp and what came up was gamarus pulex and they match up perfectly I'm gunna read up on em thanks guys

To me they look like Scuds, which look kinda like what you googled. They live in the creek behind my house. I ended up with some in a bucket when I got some live plants from out back in the creek.
