upside down

yes you read it correctly, for the last few days my fish has been very lethargic and hasn't wanted to eat, I did a full 100% water change on sunday, maybe monday. Put temp to 82 degrees, added tetra aquasafe plus. Put him back in tank.

No he can't really swim at all, he is upside down and is getting stressed as far as him trying to swim. He is in a hospital tank now with some salt trying to get him to calm down and hopefully have the salt help a little bit.

The tank he lives in is 5 gallons, 82 degrees, aquasafe plus. and all readings ok.

Any one have any helpful advice or an idea as to whats happening or maybe even how to help him?
