Question Betta is not eating..please help.

Hello guys, haven't been here in a while. My fishes were doing great until one recently seems to be having a fallout.

He's not eating. First, I thought he just didn't like his food. He'll get his pellets and spit them back out as if he doesn't like them so I switched brand only for him to do the same. Then I tried flakes which worked for a day then he didn't want them. He isn't acting strange, he's still swimming, looks healthy, so what could be the problem?

Welcome back...sorry you are having issues...have a few questions...

How big is the tank, how much and how often are the water changes, filtration, live plants, additives used, water temp, tank mates, how old is he or how long have you had him...

He's in a 5 gallon and I've had him for almost 2 years. I dont have a filter but I do regular water changes.

I did my own research and I think he is constipated. His stomach is swollen and I know it could be a sign of dropsy but when I examine his scales they aren't sticking out like dropsy. Only thing I notice is that enlargement of his stomach.

I tried the pea trick and no luck yet. Any other ideas?
