ICK help

ok i think dastan has ick, i have NO a-salt because i was told by bf its a waste of money and if i had bought it i never would have heard the end of it.
I have epson salt and melafix but nothing more for two weeks
they havent had any thing bar pellets and flake inabout a week (they were not too keen on the frozen brineshrimp)
all fish are eating flaring no issues, dastan has been a little more mellow the last to days.
ive only noticed this today i would have seen it before now so its only came on today:

Urgh! what do you think

He is in an 8 bay (him and 5 other males) all the same water, its i think 14.5 gallons and on about 80 temp filtered tank.

To be dead honest, it really doesn't look like Ich, Ich is more of small white globes all over the body. If it spreads, then it is probably ich.

Definitely not ich. Did you try touching it gently to see if it seems soft and fluffy? Easily removable?

Yes, try touching it and see if it's removable. If not, don't attempt to remove it. See if it's hard or soft. Is it still there?

Ok well i took photos yesterday but seem to have deleted them, where this lump was theres very little white to the point its hard to see where it was (dastan is eating again and more active :) ) but the one on his gill is still there i havent tried handling him they do look soft and fluffy though, i dont want to stress him.

AND it looks like hes been beating up the plant again lol

The last pic looks like he has some scales missing.... Did he have something white growing there before?
