:(

When I look at her from the side, the pointy part of her mouth area is totally gone. Where the flesh should be is just the fuzzy stuff. When she goes up for air she "jerks" a little bit, not sure else how to describe it. Will the flesh grow back?

I honestly don't know. All you can do is treat, keep her water clean and hope for the best.

Do I give her tank mates the anti bacterial pellets and treatment? They do not show any symptoms, but one has faint stress stripes since I removed the sick fish.

IMO, don't treat something if it isn't broken. Preventative measures like super clean water and aq salt will help. Keep an eye on the girls, if they show any signs of illnes, qt them right away.

And no, I don't think flesh grows back, only fins :(

Okay I already used aquarium salt for them so I will just stick with that. It looks like her mouth is eaten away a bit, is it worth it to try and save her? Like do you think she will have a good quality of life is she is healed? It has been eaten down so much it looks like she ran into the glass and smashed her nose, it is like flat looking from the side, no pointy pout :(

:( well, how is she looking/acting? Is she still eating and acting relatively responsive? If she's obviously suffering and not very responsive, you might want to euthanize her.

She has been slower and calmer. This morning during the feeding frenzy she stayed within the anacharis instead of coming for food. When she goes for air she is a bit spazzy, like maybe it hurts or something to get air.

I just checked on her, her mouth looks flatter and even more eaten away. She is still moving around a bit. I gave her some pellets, and she kept trying to eat them but couldn't :(

:( If she can't eat even though she's trying, then that's not good at all. Have you tried smaller pellets? .
