Crazy amounts of snail poo!

Okay, I'm completely not sure where to put this thread.

I was going to put a snail in with Mr. Fish (/points to signature) until I put one in a quarantine box to hold it while I fixed Stevefish's tank.

HOLY POO! The snail was in the quarantine box for like 7 hours (I was completely replanting the plants in Stevefish's tank and putting down new sand... basically redoing the whole NPT).

He seriously made like sixty little snail pellets of poo. What does this do to the bioload?! Has anyone else noticed excessive snail poo or was there just a lot of food to be eaten in the quarantine box (which there was)?

I really don't want to have to suck out like a thousand snail poos from Mr. Fish's tank. I don't mind in Stevefish's since it's a NPT so it's just adding fertilizer, lol.
