It is certainly enough room, yes.

That was my goal as well (dividing a 10G into four)..I stopped after dividing it in half though.
I might suggest to get one divider first and see what you think of that. It can be a little irritating having to clean out each section, especially if you're going to plant the bays.

Just my 2 cents though...either way, we want to see it!

It's up to you, but I personally wouldn't go past dividing a 10g in half. Bettas do better in longer, shallow spaces than thin and tall spaces because it more closely mimics their natural habitat. They're also fish that generally hang out around the surface, so you'd get a lot of wasted space. 10g's that are divided 3 and 4 ways just kinda look like closets :\
