Water question...

I have a 1.75 gallon aquarium. As i cleaned the tank I filled it and then added the water conditioner. I then realized i didn't fill it as much as I should have so that the tank is full, so I filled it to the top. Will I be alright with the water conditioner that I put in? I put in about 15 drops before, and then after i added the tap water, put in about 5 more drops. I just wanted to make sure that it's chlorine free. Normally what I do is I swish the conditioner in a small glass and then add it to my tank, but I wasn't thinking when i poured in the tap water and then added the drops. Will I be alright putting my fish in or should I redo filling my tank? I don't have a test kit or anything. I know i need one, but the budget is tight until next month. Any advice would be great! :)
