I REALLY want to go check out the petco that's near me (and by near me I mean 45 minutes away) but I know if I saw a DTPK I'd have to take it home so I'm resisting until I have an open space.

that's about like me. i managed to get to my local petco(also 45 minutes away), and only had ten bux in my pocket. it was during that "build a betta" thing and i wanted to make sure it was okay. >3> saw the most beautiful DTHMPK, and totally fell in love. D: but, i only had ten bux, he was $15, and my friend was broke. xD

That's a lovely fish. There's actually a DTPK at a Petco around here that I've been thinking about for a while. I've seen him twice in the store and each time he looked like he didn't belong there because he was so pretty :) If he's still there I MIGHT snatch him up...
