I don't have my betta's yet but they've appeared in several dreams as fish and as humans surprisingly.
In my first dream it was right after I selected their names and they were in large tanks by themselves. I was looking at them speaking to them softly being generally fluffy betta mom. Then suddenly: "You remind of the babe." Was heard from inside Kaida's tank. (He was a veiltail in the dream.)
"What babe?" From Kalona.
"The babe with the power." Suddenly the background music for David Bowie's Magic Dance played and my fish glowed.
Then standing in my livingroom were two teen boys with my fishes personalities. Kaida tried to back away from Kalona before realizing he wasn't in his tank.
"THAT'S IT!" From both of them as they tackled each other and beat each other half to death. I tried to stop them but they kept yelling at me to step aside and: "Betta's don't fight with their mothers." That one confused me...
The next dream was recent. They were fish again but I was in a tank with them and again death match only this time I was armed with a fin of my own. (In my dream I was one of those mermaid figureines.) And tried to stop it...I tried but then BAM! Outside of the tank and trying to keep two betta's turned teenagers from killing each other.
*shakes head* Weird dreams...Weirdest dreams ever.
