Light Bulb for Planted/Cycled Tank.

My 5G tank has gravel, filter, 80*, light and is finally cycled. I think I've got diatoms too. I have 2 java ferns, a couple of stems of bacopa and some wisteria. (I think I'd like to get another plant possibly, maybe a floater.)
The light bulb in my tank says 2U, 9 watts, daylight (120v). Is this sufficient?

(Currently no fish in tank but will be getting a betta now that my tank is cycled.)

It doesn't say on it. It came with my 5G Hawkeye tank. I wrote down all the numbers and those above are all it stated.

How many lumens should I have?

For live plants around 700-800 is suggested, at least that is what I was told. So far my plants are growing really nicely.
