Wartooth's face turned whiteish.

Okay. So I recently upgraded my three betta fish tanks to a 10 gallon with dividers. Here's some info about the tank and such:

Housing
What size is your tank? 10 gallon
What temperature is your tank? 73-76 (varies with the heater)
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? Yes
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 2 other male bettas.

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Pellets and dried blood worms (occasionally)
How often do you feed your betta fish? Twice a day, small meals.

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? Everyday (25% due to tank cycling)
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 25%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Everytime: Aqueon Water Conditioner. Total water changes: Stress Zyme, Tetra ??(adds bacteria to the water when setting up new tank. Might have been a mistake, tbh).

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: Not sure.
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? My ONE betta in the middle of the tank, his face has turned white-grayish. He eats and acts slightly normal but you can tell he's not totally "normal".
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Look in his eyes seem different.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Today.
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
Added some salt. Did another water change in case of ammonia or nitrate poisoning.
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Yes. I had him housed with another betta about two months ago and he got sick because the other betta got sick and died. He had fin rot but the fins grew back.
How old is your fish (approximately)? ~4 months old/adult.

Anyways, he didnt show signs of anything bad until he got switched into the tank. He's been in there for about a day. Any ideas??

It could be the heater, constant temperature fluctuations can really wear down a betta.

Also how do you know your tank is cycling if you don't have a test kit?

I don't have a test kit because I can't really afford one right now. :( I'm trying my best. I'm asking people to loan me some cash because where I live has no jobs or Walmart's or Pet stores. :(

Okay well it isn't totally necessary, you just won't know if/when your cycle is complete. I have found that if you go online you can get some pretty good deals on test kits.

I'm going to try that. The other two seem to be reacting pretty well. Wartooth's pretty sensitive to change so that might be it. He's eating and everything. Seems like after I did the 25% water change he started acting normal again. I'm going to order a gravel vac and a test kit whenever I can get the cash. Hopefully asap!

To save a few dollars you could buy a turkey baster instead of a gravel siphon.
