Exclamation Could my fish be blind??

I have been having so much trouble with my female since day one, and now I have run into another problem. Usually, when I walk in the room she comes to the front of the tank to greet me and I trace my finger around the tank and she follows it, and as soon as I put a pellet in she swims to the top and eats it.
This evening I noticed her eyes are now bright blue, and they are usually very dark. She is swimming around the bottom in a circle and bumping into EVERYTHING. She is getting stuck in plants which never happens, she always only goes in the easy ways... She isnt responding to my finger on the side of the tank and she didn't eat either of her bed-time pellets.. :(
