Female Betta is suddenly listless

Help! My female betta is floating lifelessly on the top of the tank, whenever I go over though, she kind of moves a little bit. But I'm not sure what the problem is, since she was completely fine like hours before this started happening. Please help!!

Sorry for the late reply. Shes fine now, i don't know why, but she looked like she was practically dead for about one hour, then she was fine again.
