What's Wrong??

My new little Betta was fine until last night. She has not eaten at all and she seems to stay in one place for a long time. She looks okay. Could it be constipation? Please help. Thanks.

We'll need some specifics in order to help. How big is the tank? What's your water change schedule (if you've had her long enough to do any), what additives / conditioners do you use? Do you have a heater and what is the water temp? what do you feed? How often/how much?

What's Wrong??

She is in a 1.5 gallon tank. It has a heater, water temp is around 75 degrees. I feed her 2x a day, she loves Hakari Micro Pellets. I change the water every 2 days. I use Stress Coat+, Betta Bowl Plus Nutrifin and Aquarium Salt. I changed her water last night. If you need more info please let me know. Thanks

Did you check her poop (if any)? If so, does it look white and stringy?
Does her abdomen look bloated at all?

She pooped this morning and it was a light brown and stringy. Her abdomen looks fine. She comes to the front of the tank when she sees me but is not swimming like she used to. Thanks for your help.

How is she swimming right now? Sluggish? Your temp is a tad cold for her though.

Yes sluggish. She seems to want to hide in the plants or behind the filter. I do have a heater in the tank. I am consistently checking the temp, I want her to be nice and warm. I am going to take some water out and add some warmer water. It is a 1.5 gallon tank what heater would you recommend? Do you think she will be okay?

Once warm, yes, she'll be fine. Bettas prefer warm water after all.

Hi sorry to bother you again, but Bella is still not eating and I just don't know what to do. She is swimming around and comes to the front of the tank when I call but when I put the food in she jusrt looks and swims away.
