Fin Rot or something else?

Comet has tattered fins but is eating well... I think it's fin rot. Here's the info and a pic.

Housing
What size is your tank? 2 gallon Aqua Scene Desktop Aquarium
What temperature is your tank? 79-80 degrees (cant tell with my tiny thermometer :3)
Does your tank have a filter? It has an airstone.
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? Yes
Is your tank heated? No, but it has a light which keeps it warm.
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None.

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Top Fin Color Enhancing Betta Bits.
How often do you feed your betta fish? 4 pellets, two in the morning and two at night. (fasting once a week, and an extra bloodworms on tank cleaning days.)

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? Once a week.
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Top Fin Betta Water Conditioner.

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? No

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Ends of fins look tattered/ripped
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Nope, he still swims/eats/poops/flares at me when I come by.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Today
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Nope.
How old is your fish (approximately)? 1/17/11-Current. (thats when I bought him o.O)

I don't think it is fin rot! I don't see any dark edges, and I know you keep your water crystal clear. It looks like it was just torn on something. Do you have any sharp plants in the tank?? :)
Also, the "still swims/eats/poops/flares at me when I come by"... he poops at you when you walk by? Wow, thats nice of him... LOL, just kidding. But hahaha! :D

Does not look like fin rot to me either. Looks like he ripped his fins on something. Do you have plastic plants or any decor in his tank?
Or maybe he is biting his tail?
Though, I think reguardless, you should be doing more water changes than just once a week.

I agree, like one 50% in the middle of the week and one 100% at the end.

I'm pretty sure she told me she does partials too! ;) I'm sure he'll heal just fine, just gotta take that plant out that ripped him! :)

When she filled the questions out she said she only does one 100% a week.

That green plastic plant in the background is what is doing it. My betta caught his fin and tore a slit all the way to his belly. He pouted for two days and would not eat. I took it out and put some other ones in and he's rather content now.
