Can stresscoat cause cloudly water? The only other factors are aqua culture natural gravel, river rocks from dollar tree, or the new tankmates providing enough waste for the bacteria? I've removed the river rocks after my 50% water change to see if they're the cause even though they tested fine.

Did you pre-cycle the tank or are you now live-cycling it unintentionally?

Nitrosomona lives everywhere, you'll get it in shipped plants, on the fish, in the fish, etc.

Was the 10gal a kit with a two media filter on it?

I also forgot about the cuttlebone in the tank and have taken it out now too. The tank wasn't a kit. I didn't cycle it because I have plants coming but they're taking longer than I expected.

I never have issues with Stress Coat...not in the 3 years I've used it.

Thanks for that info. I'm trying to go through things and eliminate them to make sure they're not a problem.
