I wouldnt add tetras to that tank if you already have rasboras. You dont want to overstock the tank. Maybe add 2-3 more rasboras to make them more comfortable. A tank with a bunch of similar fish looks better than a tank with a few of every different species anyways. Maybe a betta in the future if you are good at maintaining water conditions.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will look into that! Do you think I could get away with having a school of 8-10? So adding 3-5 more? Or too much.. stick to 8?

I think 8 would be a good number.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss! He was a very pretty boy. But, your tank looks amazing! You said you'll be looking into getting another betta in a while?

Yes Actually next monday im driving 2.5 hours to a betta breeder (the breeder who actually bred skrillex and sold him to my near by pet store!) Canadabetta. So that should be quite fun! Then I'll have SOO much to look at.. I know it will be very very very hard to pick just one! Haha.

I added 3 more Rasbora's yesterday, so I have a nice school of 8 swimming around the tank.

UPDATE!:

SO I have had my school of 8 rasbora's for a week now, everything is going great. I went to big als yesterday and saw a whole LOT of nice bettas... and i wasn't to into driving 3 hours to the betta breeder in a snow storm. SO I went back today and came out with two new bettas! uh oh haha. Mom wasn't thrilled... i actually dont even think she knows i got two. Anyway, so they are both nameless. One is a spade tail? White/blue/red male. Very pretty. He is in my room in a 2gal for now (I bought a 5gal but mom doesnt want anymore tanks so i had to return it :@) And I got a dark red/black/copper HM who is in the 10gal! So far he seems to be doing his own thing. When he first saw the rasbora's he and they were very curious about eachother. The rasbora's would swim over and get too close and swim away really fast, haha it was cute. He just swims around and will occasionally bump into one and then just kinda keep on swimming. Im glad to see that everything is going well. I just dont know what im going to do about the guy in my room, and their names! I think im going to buy a 2nd Mini bowl for my room since i recently added another dresser, meaning more table top space!

I'll go try and get some new pics :D
