Okay...I'm kinda sorta freaking out here, there was a centipede thing in thai's tank?

Well I found some decaffinated green tea and put it in Thai's tank.
Before doing that I trimmed a plant and stuck it back in where it was.
And then I saw a white (very white, no color) centipede looking thing moving around on the inside of the glass, in the water.
Thai ate it, but it was white and very very tiny with tons of feet like a centipede. It scrunched itself up like a slinky to move around and appeared to be looking for something.
Is this something to worry about, what is it, and do I need to worry about it getting on me?
There could have been more and I was messing with the water. >_<;
-feeling itchy-

It also was moving pretty fast and jerky.

The plant isn't knew, i've had it for quite some time in there. It's an amazon sword, I took it out to trim the leaves.

lol :)

Well, time did tell some. There are mini ones in there, but I don't know if it's the same thing these look like very tiny itsy bitsy baby worms. One was hanging off Thai's tail, but I blew it off with the turkey baster.
Then I saw another (or the same one) swimming around in the tank and attaching itself to the glass.
They are white in color.

Here is a video of what the larger centipede thing looked like:

Is this planaria?
I don't see why it would be because I have not been overfeeding Thai.
