One inch per gallon is not a good rule. By those standards a 5 in gold fish could be kept in a 10 gallon tank easily. A lot more goes into stocking besides that.

The tank does look nice. And that's a cute name for a one-eyed fish. ;)

There's not really a hole where it should be, so I think he was just born without it. He's really not aggressive at all so I don't think he lost it fighting or anything. And thanks!

You werent slammed, they just suggested (kindly) what to do that was best for the cory. He needed more space on the bottom and needed a friend, which that tank was too small for.

If you cant go bigger, then dont buy the animal in question, imo.

That's so cute. I have a huge weakness for gimpy animals. If I saw a one-eyed betta I'd be forced to buy it even if I'd be in the doghouse for weeks. ;u;
