My amazing new boy! (Picspam)

I went to the same store that Fleetfish got her betta Friday from and got one myself! I can't stop taking pictures of him, I just love him! He was expensive, but it was worth it!

These are from his first day (yesterday), where I put him in a 1.5~ish container. Today I found a good price on a bin that's about 4 gallons, so I moved him there instead.

No name yet, any suggestions?

Oh, and before anyone jumps on me for this - you'll notice the water looks a little off colour and cloudy-that's because I bought some IAL from the same store and I put some in his tank.

It's so dark it's hard to see him, but he looks to be as beautiful as you say, with his cute little silvery face. I can't wait to see better pictures of him!

Hmmm, that's odd... I can see him perfectly fine. Maybe your moniter needs to be brightened a bit?

He's very pretty!
For some reason he reminds me of a butterfly with his flowy tail and colors.
How about a name related to a butterfly?
Like a certain type.

Mariposa is butterfly in spanish! :D That would be a cute name. That fish is gorgeous!!! Love him! :) What tail type is he, his tail looks huge! And argh, emerald green body, silver face, yellowy fins... my dream betta. Sigh. LOL. GORGEOUS!

Thanks! He's close to my dream betta too. I saw a green and black marble HMPK on Aquabid and thought 'I'd Kill for a fish like this!'

Well, he's close enough. Not a HMPK but a HM nonetheless.

I've been thinking of Sebastian as a name. He seems sort of butler-y to me, for some reason. :P
