bettas and other fish?

I was interested in getting bettas again.. or a betta for now.. and i really want some glo fish.. would I be able to put them both together?
id love to get a 20gal or something around there and get a betta and a small school of glo fish

By glo fish you mean Neon Tetra's right? If you have at least ten gallons for them then they should be alright. Just remember you need at least five or more tetra's for them to have a proper and comfy school.

GloFIsh are just Zebra Danios. And as long as if you have a big enough tank (20gal is good), they get along just fine. You need at the very minimum three glofish together.

thanks guys, just wanted to make sure! I was going to get a bunch of them i did a good bit of research on them but just wasnt sure if they were ok to keep together.

LOVE the look of those Glofish!!! Can they be kept with guppies?

No, Glofish are genetically altered Zebra Danios. They are NOT Glowlight tetras.

I meant that the Neon Tetra is also reffered as the Glo-Light Tetra.

That's correct. If you Google them, you will see they are in fact Zebra Danios.
