Growth food for snails?

I'm wondering what I could give my two baby snails to help them grow, something possibly out of the fridge?

I spent all I had left on the betta pellets (which should be here tomorrow)

Veggies are always good...

Zucchini, cucumber..just nuke it to soften it up a bit, not long.
Sometimes they won't sink. I use a chopstick to skewer the veggie and then plop it in the tank.

A fork would work just as well :).

If you google 'snail jello' you'll find some great recipes.
Just remember to remove any uneaten food promptly. I generally put mine in at night and remove any leftovers the next day.

You can go with sinking pellets. They work great in my 20g's that house my mollies... all 3 are LOADED with snails!! ( i am actually thinking about giving away free snails to all my buyers. :] )
