My DG gets along fine with all the fish that he lives with, these would be; Neon tetra, x-ray tetra and 1 platy. However, with a tank that small an angelfish would definitely not be able to live comfortably long term. These fish need at least 35 gallons for one and 55 gallons for a pair; they grow big! I love these fish though, I have totally fallen in love with my neon blue DG :D I think their my 2nd obsession; betta's being #1 of course :p

That is a sunset, fire, neon red, etc... DG. DG's are great, and are quite similar to bettas. Remember, no loud noises. They store bubbles in their head to pick up vibrations very well, so loud noises really scare them.

Yup already know always do lot of research before getting something. I was gonna put the 5 gal on my famiy room as a center peice but it would get too loud in their between family and dog. So i'm putting him in my room. I'm worried about playing music though....
