What size is your tank? 1 Gallon
What temperature is your tank?
Does your tank have a filter? No.
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? It had a air tube but I heard on several sites that Bettas have a special organ to breathe out of the air and took it out like a couple weeks ago.
Is your tank heated? No.
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None. There used to be two GloLites but Sharkbait and Killer died from NTS(New Tank Syndrome).

HBH BettaBites. I changed this morning. It used to be NutraFin Max Medium Tropical Fish Pellets but they sunk and all he does is float so I changed.
How often do you feed your betta fish?
I am currently fasting him from Swimbladder maybe? But its been the 3rd of 5 days and symptoms are the same. Usua

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?

Usually he is fed once every day like 4-5 pellets. He rarely eats :/

Water changes: every 1 to 1 and a half weeks.
I do a 75% water change and a Siphone Cleaner Vacuum is used to clean the bottom and the gravel.
Only additive I use is Conditioner for the tap water I add.

I would at least get a thermometer like laughing suggested, and change the water 50% every other day. At least, that's what I've heard. I'm not sure how often one gallon tanks need to be changed. Some people will tell you 100% every other day.

Warm, clean water will help exponentially in treating whatever he has.

I can't see the picture you linked to, but I would avoid putting unnecessary chemicals in the water if he doesn't show any symptoms indicating that they're needed...

Oh, and try feeding him a little less at a time. It'll be easier on his system. My fish is kind of spoiled, but I usually give him one or two pellets twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night.

Havent tested anything.

No appearance changed.
But his physical activity has. He was active and swimmy the first day I got him ever since then he floats around the perimeter on the surface of the water. He tries to chase the NutraFin pellets down but he floats back up when he stops swimming. Noticed for like a month now!
Yes, I tried fasting.
He has had swimbladder a while now thats it far as I know. Or what I think is swimbladder?? :/
I dont know how old!

You know what? I think you might be right. I totally assumed plakat earlier, but now that I take a second look, I think you're right.

Good news: No visible lesions! :D
