Suggest other fish for my Optimus..

Hi guys, my betta is happy now and thanks to all who helped me when he was sick.. Optimus is now happy n swimming around in his 3gal tank with nice hiding places..

now here is the question, i have a 10gal with a comet goldfish and an oranda.. both r overgrowing the tank and i am getting a new one. I got the fishes when they were small. So i am thinking of putting my Betta in the 10gal. i dont want it to look empty, though it has lots of decorations n plants. Can u suggest other fish/shrimp to place along with him?

Apple Snails are good(I have 3)... Or ive heard ghost shrimp are good.

Cories would be great :D If you got the pygmy kind you could have like 6!

By the way comets can get a foot long so I suggest a tank of at least 75 galloms. I don't think they should ever be in a ten gallon with a goldfish. That is very overcrowded.

Cherry or Ghost shrimp, are always fun. Maybe some cories, or otos, would be good for you too!

Theres a member here that has like 6 in a 2.5! D8 jfkslda;fjlsdkjfalskjflksajf aaghhhhhh!

And as for mates, you can get quite a lot in that ten- shoals of tetras, etc. look nice but need enough friends and cover! :D Theyre cute and derpy.

I know what member you are talking about. There set up is horrible but I think they are working on it. It makes me sick to think about his poor fish :(

Yeah comets are similar to koi in that they both would do better in a large set up like a pond.
