Help! something wrong with my Betta

Hi all

I noticed my betta just lying ontop the the heater or lying on the filter or on a cave. he is not swimming and active as he usually is, I did a water change should i be worried i really dont want him to suffer or die on me as i like him.

How big is the tank, how much and how often are the water changes, water temp, filter, live plants, appetite, how long have you had him and when did this start....can you post a pic.....

My tank is 30 liter (7 gallon i think)..

Water change is done every week but i think i let it go for 3 weeks now :(

water temp is 25F
yes i have a filter, I do have plants i have lomariopsis lineata.
i feed betta every day , the behavior started today.

I would try 50% water changes for a few days and see if that helps and if not, 10 day treatment with Epsom salt....
