Red face New mysteryish plant set up!

LOLOL On the name, I know. Still not 100% on what the large live plant is (sold as wisteria, notnotnot, could be cabomba or horwort..) but I figured I might as well still put it in. If it dies, it was only $4 so Ill take it as a loss.

I dont know what it really is, so I put it on my driftwood with the annubias and java ferns.

And ID's on this? I have another post, too.

Whatcha think? :3

Basch's side, he's got a rip in his fins atm :'c

That is the liveliest greenest hornwort I have ever seen. No wonder mine died so fast, it was dead when I bought it.

Aww, really?! Thats too bad.
I got it from a great place, so Im sure it was livin' large there. I just dont want it to croak on me and get the nettles everywhere. Ugh, that'd be a pain to siphon...

If it fares well and grows, Im gonna move some out and give some away, me thinks :D

Ah, I used to have a hornwort. Now, I have a monster. It's in every tank, and I occasionally run outside and thrust fistfuls onto random strangers while screaming, "I can't control it anymore! Run, run and don't look back!".
Seriously though, it is an awesome plant and the bettas love it as a free floater. Just a tip, it really, really doesn't appreciate salt. I store it in a jar while I'm medicating or putting AQ salt in the tank.

Yep, hornwort. I used to have it in my guppy tank. It grew like a monster. It's really pretty though. Yours is really healthy looking!
