Can't wait to see your new betta!! What a great job setting up the tank in advance, and doing your 'homework' about betta-keeping. I would add that bettas benefit from varying the food. I feel a couple of pellets and a bit of flakes in the morning. In the evening, two bloodworms and some brine shrimp. Do Not Overfeed!! Someone one this fprum said the betta's stomach is the size of his eye - so no need to feed excessively. Less is more, actually. Good luck and you'll do great!!

Thanks, yeah i did do my betta homework. i saw them in the shop and then came home and looked all over the net to find out about how to care for them and what i'd need.

I'm very excited to go choose my little guy or girl today.

That's a great looking tank :)

The plants look like swords of some type. Mine do very well in my 10G so hopefully yours do well too.

Looking forward to some more pics!
