New girls!

Went to check out the LFS yesterday and they had some females in! I had almost given up on making my 10 gallon into a sorority hehe. I got 5 of them; two CTs and three VTs. I'm not sure how old they are but I was told the two CTs I got had just been shipped in the day before. Picture time. c:

I've named this cutie Freckle c:


I've named this big girl Barda. I'm actually a little worried about her actually being a young male. They've been showing the most aggression (I know females can be aggressive as well) and is also quite a bit bigger then the others. I've seen an egg spot (can't remember the actual name) on her but I've heard young males can have this too. Should I separate Barda until I know for sure?

Barda looks like a girl to me, She's nice and pudgy and her dorsal is further back then most males.

Thanks for the replies :D. Maybe I'm just being too paranoid about Barda hehe. Still no names for the others; I think I might wait till some more colour shows on them.

usually pet stores get them in around 5 months old usually not till six months for maturity and best looking flares to entice them to be bought

They are all gorgeous! I really like Freckles! She is adorable!
The second girl is also very pretty! They are my two favs.
The others are all adorable as well!
