He appears to be Cambodian carrying marble and metallic, but I'm just guessing.

I Can't quite tell..
but i will say that that tank is too small. Is it one of those gallon divided things? I highly suggest you not get the other betta and instead find a better home for the current one (probably two? Boy in there.
That tank isn't good for one, let alone two.
Hes beautiful and deserves to have room to swim and play!!7

Just putting my two cents in.... Still a great fish though lol.

Red copper dragon delta? Hm ... hard to tell :)

And yeah too small a tank, you might want to find something at least 2 gallons.

It May have loved long, but not well...
remove the divider and allow him the whole tank. Of course, only with him in it. Next time, opt for a one gallon bowl at least per fish. They're the same price.
also, you're going to want a heater, 76-82' is needed. Look for something under or at 10w. Its hard to heat such small tanks. Get a thermometer, too, to ensure the temp isn't too high.

I know we're on you about this, but you seem to care and the fish are so nice, you'll want to keep them their happiest and healthiest!
