Thanks Yea I Plan On Taking Seperator Out So He Has More Room And I Do Want The Other Betta But I Will Get A Better Tank For It. Also Should I Ad A Live Plant? I Wanna Make My Bettas Homes As Comfy As Possible!! I Also Have A 55 Gallon With Glowfish, Swordtail, Red Tailed Shark And Gourami And A Angelfish My Boyfriend Wanted To Know If He Can Ad A Betta? But I Said The Current Maybe To Much But All The Fish Are Nonaggressive Nor Big

I think at least one of those is and would be aggressive towards your betta...
If you can, try to get a 10gallon, divide it with two divders or one, and you can keep two or three boys in there.

If you want a live plant, you can get it- sure. Instead of that, though, I really suggest a heater and not a plant first..That'd make him the most* comfortable.

The betta is not compatible with the sharks and I think the angelfish. Absolute minimum is one gallon, so yes even if you take the divider out it is way to small.

There is a difference between living and thriving. He may have lived that long, but he certainly wasn't thriving.

A two gallon critter keeper is fine. Just make sure you buy a heater for your first betta before buying a second betta. It would not be a good idea to get a second fish if you can't get all the necessary supplies for the first one.

Please take those sharp plants out of his tank. He will easily tear his beautiful fins on them. I agree with all the other advice everyone is giving you.
